We designed and delivered a leadership programme for senior talent and a management development programmes for emerging leaders, many of whom have since taken up management positions across the organisation.
Each programme included use of The Leadership Circle 360 tool and one to one feedback, followed by 3 days of facilitated training. The leadership programme focused more on the strategic elements of the role and on helping participants to become more conscious of their leadership style and impact, whilst the management programme was more focused towards building capability and confidence.
