We work with renowned architectural design practice Foster and Partners, to deliver the fundamentals element of their Associate Partner Management Programme.
The training covers the real nuts and bolts of a managers role including how to delegate; plotting performance; giving feedback and managing tough conversations; and coaching as part of broader team member development.
Alongside this project, we have also delivered two bitesize sessions for their Partners, one covering performance management and the other motivation.
