We’ve worked with the World’s largest Advertising Media Company GroupM for over 6 years during which time we’ve delivered a variety of development programmes for new and nearly new managers as well as more senior leadership talent.

Most recently we designed and delivered their Introduction to People Management programme, the aim of which was to increase the capability and confidence of recently promoted managers.

Covering topics such as delegation, feedback, coaching and situational leadership, participants were given a grounding in the more fundamental elements of the management role.
