We worked with Global Media Agency Mindshare to design and deliver a Management Development Programme for their new and nearly new managers.
The aim was to give participants a broad understanding of the manager’s role within the company, to increase skills and confidence and to provide a forum for a key population of existing and future talent to explore how to get the best from their people.
