We worked with T-Systems, the ICT business of Deutsche Telecom on their Lead to Win initiative. Ambitious in scale, we designed and delivered a 5 day-leadership development programme in the UK and Houston, which was attended by over 100 middle to senior leaders.

Core topics included conscious leadership, innovation, strategic leadership, coaching & mentoring and team management. Each programme included use of a 360 tool, one to one feedback and a closing presentation to share experiences and learning
