Caroline is a Co-Founder of The Manager Hub.

She has an MSc in Occupational Psychology where she specialised in Employee Engagement.

Since 2010 she has worked as a business coach and facilitator, leading training programmes for a vast range of clients across all industries, including many of the FTSE at every level of seniority. Before that she spent 10 years in Sales and Marketing within Blue Chip FMCGs including Diageo, Mars and Johnson & Johnson

“My best ever manager was Gail Pasquier at Guinness GB.  I was a very new National Account Manager at the time, responsible for persuading Whitbread to drive sales of Guinness across their pubs (an interesting challenge in the face of Whitbread’s own Murphy’s brand!).

Gail was that wonderful combination of tough with high standards yet warm, engaging and quick to see the humour in things, a perfect role model for me as a junior account manager. 

She recognised what was needed to transform the relationship between Whitbread and Guinness, generously allowing me to take the lead and a lot of the credit.

She believed in me and saw potential that I couldn’t see, stretching me to think harder and be braver within the safety of a deeply trusting and supportive partnership.

 I look back on my Guinness days with real warmth and affection and credit Gail for setting me on the right path.”
