  • Understand why habits are fundamental to how you function at work and how your bad habits are inhibiting your ability to be as effective as you’d like to be

  • Explore your own habits and identify new ones you’d like to form, to help you achieve your objectives

  • Know the four elements that make up a habit and use them to create new powerful habits

  • Have a plan for how to help your team create new habits and remove old ones that are holding them back
