A prescriptive style can stifle creativity and empowerment. Coaching keeps responsibility with the individual, enabling them to generate and act upon their own solutions. And contrary to what you may think, it doesn’t have to take long out of your busy day.

You will:

Understand the merits of ask and offer approaches to helping people and know when to use both
Be able to use three levels of questioning to facilitate the thinking and action of the people you manage
Understand and be able to use the GROW coaching model in a way that creates impact quickly
Identify and prepare for every day situations where you can use coaching
