  • Be more aware of the unconscious drivers of your existing management approach, where these preferences derive from and how you might be over-reliant on them

  • Identify the overplayed drivers you need to diminish in order to become more of a leader, and know what to do instead

  • Commit to developing specific daily habits that will help you lead more and manage less
