You will:

  • Understand the four elements of the StrengthScope model and identify your significant seven strengths

  • Be aware of the ways you currently manage people and develop an understanding of how to best utilise your natural strengths and mitigate your weaknesses

  • Identify the natural strengths of the people in your team and know how to get the best out of people according to their strengths
