Understand the four elements of the StrengthScope model and identify your significant seven strengths
Be aware of the ways you currently manage people and develop an understanding of how to best utilise your natural strengths and mitigate your weaknesses
Identify the natural strengths of the people in your team and know how to get the best out of people according to their strengths
