You will:

  • Understand the purpose of One-to-Ones, the potential benefits if led well and the common reasons they go wrong

  • Recognise the benefits of different types of One-to-One meeting and be able to lead each one

  • Be able to lead performance, development, output and transactional One-to-One conversations

  • Review the One-to-Ones you lead, plan how these can improve and practise the new approaches
