You will:

  • Know the difference between Agile Working, OKRs and KPIs, and how each applies to your goal

  • Be able to set OKRs that increase five key ingredients of performance

  • Understand the roles and responsibilities associated with the goals you set using the RACI framework

  • Be able to use a simple review process that will enable you to monitor results as they are achieved and also the effectiveness of your approach
