You will:

  • Be aware of your duty of care as manager towards helping manage the health and wellbeing of your team members

  • Understand more about what gets in the way of individuals’ health and wellbeing both at work and outside of it

  • Know how to help your team members build health habits that lead to longer term wellbeing and keep them more protected from poor health

  • Consider how to build a culture of wellbeing within your team and organisation and recognise the part you play
