How it works

We use two psychometric instruments, both of which look at personality and strengths from different perspectives.

Preference

The MBTI remains an incredibly popular tool, used by organisations across the Globe to provide individuals and teams with a lens through which to understand differences in behaviour, cognition and decision making.

We offer individual testing as a standalone intervention or as part of larger development programmes.

In addition, we also use the tool when running team development workshops where improvements in mutual understanding of difference are required to aid performance.

Strengths

The Strengths movement has gathered momentum over recent years as organisations understand that the best way to get the best from people, is to enable them to play to and build skills around their natural strengths.

We use the Strengths Profiling Tools from Cappfinity to first assess individual strengths, and then guide coaching conversations and team facilitation sessions that help people identify how they can do more of what they do well, and less of what they don’t.
