You will:

  • Be more aware of the positive and negative impacts of cultural stereotypes within an organisational context

  • Understand five spectrums of cultural difference, where you sit on each and how different nationalities trend

  • Know the communication styles that people at each end of the five spectrums respond best to

  • Have considered specific relationships that you have with team members or stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and what this might mean for how you communicate with them
