Explore your own energy levels, discover why they matter and think about how you can use your energy in a more effective way
Understand what it takes to inspire others and explore what that looks like for you and your team
Be clear about the importance to each individual of having a clear purpose and how to help individuals discover theirs
Experiment with communicating in an inspiring and energising way while remaining authentic
