Consider the characteristics of the strategic thinkers that you respect and admire
Be aware of your current strategically thinking skills in six core areas, and where there is specific room for development
Understand how to use a variety of five strategic thinking tools to clarify how to deliver your vision
Be able to quickly evaluate each strategic option to remove the influence of bias
