Understand the main elements of self-determination theory and know how you can use it to build a motivational climate
Recognise the value of the organisational, team and individual ‘why’ when setting goals for your people
Be able to take tangible actions that help people meet their motivational needs
Be able to focus and adapt your management approach according to the intrinsic drivers of your people
