  • Be more aware of the reasons you give yourself for not delegating and know how to challenge these
  • Be clear on what you can delegate and who you can delegate to
  • Be able to recognise the pros and cons of giving varied levels of freedom when delegating
  • Plan how to lead a delegation conversation that covers the what, who, when and why
