Building a high performing team takes time, hard work and a little bit of luck. But if you’re clear about where you are heading, know what you stand for and have the right people doing the right jobs, you stand a greater chance of success.

You will:

Explore what makes some teams surpass all expectations while others under achieve
Understand how to build your team using the five stages of team development in Cog’s Ladder
Recognise where your own team is now, what you are doing that keeps it there and what to do to move it forward
Consider the importance of the team captain and highlight the skills and qualities you will need to perform this role well
