As individuals in the workplace seek to do more meaningful work that uses their strengths and skills, so the role of a manager has changed from director to coach. Going beyond the GROW Model, this session gives managers more coaching tools to help their people bring the best of themselves.

You will:

Be able to facilitate coaching conversations using the wheel of work tool to help team members consider every aspect of their role and career
Be able to use the ‘Saying Yes : Saying No’ tool to help team members make more rounded and considered decisions
Brainstorm ‘Powerful Questions’ that you will use to help people become clearer about what they really want and what they can do to get it
Be able to use a ‘Humble Enquiry’ approach to coaching
