You will:

  • Be more aware of how to help people develop their multiple possible career selves

  • Understand, be able to spot and know how to use career drivers to develop the careers of people in your team

  • Know all of the different career development options that might be available and how use them to help people head in a direction that’s right for them

  • Be able to lead motivational career conversations with the people you manage, as well as consider your own career path
